Client Statements
Overview
The Client Statements section allows Account Managers to upload and manage client statement files within the Sensible Care platform. Statement files are uploaded in PDF format and are automatically parsed and matched to the corresponding client records.
To access this section, click Client Statements from the left-hand navigation menu.

Uploading Client Statements
Client statements can be uploaded by dragging and dropping PDF files into the upload area or by selecting Browse Files. Before uploading, ensure that the file name follows the required naming convention displayed on the page. Once uploaded, the platform automatically processes the statement and attempts to match it with the appropriate client.
Viewing Client Statements
The All Statements section displays uploaded client statements together with their matching status. Account Managers can search for statements using the file name, client name, or ACN, and filter the results by All Statements, Client Matched, or Not Matched. Selecting the View option allows users to open and review the uploaded client statement.
