Create and Export Batches

Overview

The Create Batch tab allows Account Managers to create a claim batch by selecting approved invoices. Users can filter invoices by client, quarter, and supplier to quickly find the required invoices. An optional batch name can be entered before creating the batch. Once created, the selected invoices are grouped into a single batch, making them easier to manage and process together.

Creating a Claim Batch

The Create Batch tab allows Account Managers to create claim batches from approved invoices. Users can filter invoices by client, quarter, and supplier, select the required invoices, and optionally enter a batch name before creating the batch. Grouping invoices into a batch simplifies claim submission and subsequent processing activities.

Exporting Batches

The Export Batch tab displays previously created claim batches and provides the option to export batch information as a CSV file. Account Managers can review the invoices contained within each batch, export the batch when required, and update the batch status in Visual Care using the Uploaded to VC option.
