Account Manager On-boarding
Receiving the Invitation
Once your profile has been verified, the Sensible Care team will begin your onboarding process. During this stage, an account confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. This email contains the information required to activate your Account Manager Portal account and complete the initial account setup.
Account Confirmation Email
The account confirmation email contains a secure link that allows you to create your password for the Account Manager Portal. Ensure you check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, to avoid missing this important communication. The activation link is required to complete the account setup process before accessing the portal.

Setting Up the Password
Upon receiving the account confirmation email, click the activation link provided to create a secure password for your Account Manager Portal account. Ensure your password meets the platform's security requirements.
Your registered email address and newly created password will be used to access the Account Manager Portal for all future logins. It is recommended that you store your login credentials securely for future reference.

Logging in to the Account Manager Portal
Once your password has been created and your account has been activated, navigate to the Sensible Care login page to access the portal.
Login Steps
Step 1 — Enter Your Credentials
Enter your registered email address and password on the login page.
Step 2 — Alternative Sign-In
You may also use the Sign in with Microsoft option if your organisation uses Microsoft credentials.
Step 3 — Stay Signed In
Select Remember Me if you wish to stay signed in on your device.
Step 4 — Access the Dashboard
Upon successful login, you will be directed to the Account Manager Portal Dashboard, where you can begin managing client information, monitoring activities, reviewing invoices and payments, and accessing other portal features.
Forgot Your Password?
If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions to reset it.
