Overview

The Dashboard is the main landing page of the Care Manager Portal and provides a centralised overview of client management, funding information, and operational activities. It is designed to give Care Managers immediate visibility into key information requiring attention, allowing them to efficiently monitor their assigned clients and manage daily responsibilities from a single location.

The Dashboard displays summary metrics relating to assigned clients, active clients, pending actions, and upcoming reviews. It also provides access to important operational insights, including priority signals, recent client activities, invoice approvals, and client-focused notifications. These features help Care Managers stay informed about client updates, service activities, and tasks that may require follow-up or review.

In addition, the Dashboard provides a consolidated funding overview, allowing Care Managers to monitor budget utilisation, claimed amounts, committed funding, and remaining balances across their assigned clients. This information assists in supporting effective client management, service planning, and ongoing oversight of care delivery activities within the platform.
