Overview

The Help section provides Care Managers with access to support resources and reference materials available within the Sensible Care platform. This section enables users to obtain assistance, view frequently asked questions, and access guidance for performing common tasks.

To access this section, click Help from the left-hand navigation menu.

Support Desk

The Support Desk tab provides Care Managers with the contact information required to reach the Sensible Care Support Desk. This includes the support email address, contact number, and available support hours. Care Managers can use this information when assistance is required for platform-related enquiries, client mapping, client assignments, or data synchronisation issues.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

The FAQs tab provides answers to commonly asked questions relating to the Care Manager Portal. Care Managers can browse frequently asked questions to quickly find information about portal functionality, assigned clients, imported data, Microsoft sign-in, and other commonly encountered topics.

Guides

The Guides tab provides quick reference guidance for common Care Manager activities. These guides offer short workflows and best-practice recommendations for reviewing assigned clients, monitoring budget utilisation, and tracking recent client activities, helping Care Managers perform routine tasks more efficiently.
