Payments

Overview

The Payments section allows Care Managers to view and monitor payment-related information associated with approved invoices and claims within the Sensible Care platform. This section provides visibility into the payment status of invoices after they have progressed through the invoice review and approval process.

To access this section, click Payments from the left-hand navigation menu.

The Payments page enables Care Managers to review approved claims, monitor rejected invoices, and track completed payments. This provides a centralised location for reviewing payment outcomes and maintaining visibility into the financial status of client-related services.

Payment Status Categories

The Payments section organises records into different categories based on their current payment status.

  • All — Displays all payment records available to the Care Manager.
  • Approved — Displays invoices and claims that have successfully completed the approval process.
  • Rejected — Displays invoices or claims that have been rejected during the review process.
  • Paid — Displays invoices and claims that have been successfully processed and paid.

These status categories allow Care Managers to quickly monitor payment progress and identify records requiring review or follow up.

Filtering Payment Records

The Payments page includes filtering options that allow Care Managers to refine the displayed records based on specific criteria. Payment records can be filtered by client, reporting period, and supplier. These filters help users locate relevant payment information and review financial records more efficiently.

The Refresh option can be used to retrieve the latest payment information available within the platform.

Monitoring Payments

The Payments section serves as a central workspace for tracking invoice outcomes and payment activity. Regular review of payment records helps Care Managers monitor approved claims, identify rejected invoices, and maintain visibility into payment processing activities associated with their assigned clients and service providers.
