The portal is structured to guide Compliance Officers through each operational area — including Dashboard, Verifications, Service Providers, and Verify Service — ensuring that compliance activities can be managed efficiently and without confusion.
Dashboard
The Compliance Officer Dashboard is the first screen displayed upon logging in to the Compliance Portal. It provides Compliance Officers with a centralised overview of provider compliance activities and operational metrics. The Dashboard is designed to help users quickly identify pending actions, monitor compliance workloads, and track provider verification progress across the platform.
Verifications
The Verifications section allows Compliance Officers to manage and monitor all provider compliance verification activities within the platform. This section serves as the primary workspace for reviewing compliance submissions, requesting additional documentation, and approving or rejecting provider compliance requirements.
Service Providers
The Service Providers section provides Compliance Officers with complete visibility into all provider organisations registered within the Sensible Care platform. This section serves as the central management area for monitoring provider onboarding progress, reviewing provider information, managing account statuses, and overseeing provider participation within the platform.
Verify Service
The Verify Service section allows Compliance Officers to review and approve service requests submitted by registered providers. This verification process ensures that all services offered through the Sensible Care platform align with organisational standards, approved service categories, billing requirements, and operational guidelines.
