Compliance officer Onboarding
The Sensible Care Compliance Officer Portal is a focused, role-specific web application designed to support Compliance Officers in managing provider registration, compliance verification, services, and invoicing within the Sensible Care platform. The portal is structured to guide Compliance Officers through each operational area — including Dashboard, Verifications, Service Providers, and Verify Service — ensuring that compliance activities can be managed efficiently and without confusion.
The Compliance Officer Portal serves as the operational layer of the Sensible Care workflow. Compliance Officers are responsible for:
- Reviewing and approving provider onboarding registrations
- Requesting and verifying compliance documentation
- Reviewing and approving service requests submitted by providers
- Managing provider account statuses and administrative actions
- Ensuring providers meet all platform compliance requirements before activation

Navigation Menu Sections
Dashboard
The main landing page that provides a high-level overview of compliance operations. This section displays key compliance metrics, provider statistics, verification summaries, and pending actions requiring attention. The Dashboard enables Compliance Officers to quickly assess the current status of provider compliance activities across the platform.
Verifications
The central compliance review area where Compliance Officers manage provider document verification requests. This section displays providers based on their current compliance status, including Pending, Request Sent, Submitted, Approved, Rejected, and Expired categories. From this page, Compliance Officers can view provider profiles, request additional documents, review submitted compliance documents, and monitor the progress of ongoing verification activities.
Service Providers
Provides access to all registered service providers within the platform. This section allows Compliance Officers to search, review, and manage provider accounts, view business and contact information, monitor onboarding and agreement statuses, and perform provider-related administrative actions. Providers can be filtered based on their account status, including Active, Pending Agreement, and Incomplete registrations.
Verify Service
Allows Compliance Officers to review and approve service code requests submitted by service providers. Each request displays the service details, service code, service name, billing information, and submission date. Compliance Officers can assess each request and either approve or reject the proposed service before it becomes available within the platform.
At the bottom of the navigation menu, the Logout option allows Compliance Officers to securely sign out of the Compliance Portal at any time.
