Dashboard

The Compliance Officer Dashboard is the first screen displayed upon logging in to the Compliance Portal. It provides Compliance Officers with a centralised overview of provider compliance activities and operational metrics. The Dashboard is designed to help users quickly identify pending actions, monitor compliance workloads, and track provider verification progress across the platform.

The dashboard displays key performance indicators and summary information that provide visibility into:

  • Provider registrations
  • Document verification activities
  • Service approval workflows

This allows Compliance Officers to efficiently manage compliance responsibilities from a single location.

Getting Started

After logging into the Compliance Portal, you will automatically land on the Compliance Dashboard.

From here, you can:

  • Review pending compliance actions
  • Monitor provider verification statuses
  • Track document submission progress
  • Access provider records quickly
  • Identify outstanding approvals requiring attention

The dashboard acts as your central hub for all compliance management operations.

  • Total number of registered providers

  • Overall compliance completion rates

What You Should Do​

As a Compliance Officer, regularly review this section to ensure:

  • No compliance actions are overdue
  • Pending document reviews are addressed promptly
  • Provider verification requests are progressing
