Service Providers

The Service Providers section provides Compliance Officers with complete visibility into all provider organisations registered within the Sensible Care platform. This section serves as the central management area for monitoring provider onboarding progress, reviewing provider information, managing account statuses, and overseeing provider participation within the platform.

Through this section, Compliance Officers can:

  • Access detailed provider records
  • Review contact information
  • Monitor registration completion status
  • Verify service allocations
  • Perform administrative actions when required

To access this section, click Service Providers from the left-hand navigation menu.

Provider List

The Service Providers page displays all registered providers in a structured list format. Providers can be filtered based on their account status to assist with management and review activities.

Filter Options

FilterMeaning
ActiveProviders whose accounts are fully activated and operational
Pending AgreementProviders who have completed onboarding but have not yet signed their agreement
IncompleteProviders whose registration has not been fully completed

Provider Profile

The Provider Profile page provides a complete overview of the information submitted by a provider during the onboarding process.

How to Access a Provider Profile

Click the View Profile option from either the Verifications section or the Service Providers section to open the provider's profile.

What Is Displayed

The profile displays the following information:

  • Provider registration details
  • Business information
  • Banking details
  • Onboarding status
  • Configured services

This information assists Compliance Officers in reviewing provider records and verifying that all required information has been submitted correctly.

Updating Provider Information

If provider information requires modification, Compliance Officers may use the edit function available within the Actions column.

How to Update Provider Information

Step 1 — Locate the Provider

Find the provider in the Service Providers list.

Step 2 — Open the Actions Menu

Click the action option within the Actions column for the relevant provider record.

Step 3 — Select Edit

Select the edit option to open the provider's information for modification.

Step 4 — Make Changes and Save

Update the required fields and save the changes.

Managing Provider Records

The Actions column provides access to several administrative functions that support ongoing provider management.

Available Actions

Depending on system permissions, Compliance Officers may perform the following actions:

  • View provider information
  • Edit provider details
  • View invoices
  • Send communications
  • Access provider documentation
  • Remove providers where applicable

Note: Certain actions may require elevated system permissions. Contact your platform administrator if you require access to restricted functions.

Provider Status Reference
